We Believe That Every Child Deserves a Chance to Shine
"At ALL IN, our mission is deeply personal, shaped by our own experiences as a family navigating the exciting world of extracurricular activities for our children in the Brazos Valley, Texas. Our kids have participated in dance, swimming, soccer, volleyball, tennis, art lessons, music, and acting, to name a few.
We've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of sports, music lessons, acting classes, and creative explorations for young people. In 2021, our son participated in the Nikki Pederson Talent (NPT) Acting Invitational Program - a year of acting workshops culminating in an incredible trip to California. This program was life-changing, allowing him to pursue acting and audio-visual work as a career. While it was a financial stretch for our family at the time, we were able to make it work. For many other families in the Brazos Valley, the cost might be an impossible barrier."
While we have been fortunate enough to afford the 'extras' that come with having active kids, we understand the reality that many families face. The expenses of participating in arts, music, sports, and other extracurricular programs can be overwhelming and, for some, unattainable. At All In, we are committed to helping local youth in the Brazos Valley access these opportunities, removing financial barriers so every child can learn, grow, and shine."

Answering the Call to Community Building
One day, we heard from a friend about a child in the Brazos Valley, Texas who wanted to participate in the Nikki Pederson Talent (NPT) Acting Invitational Program, but couldn’t afford it. That moment inspired our family to dedicate our efforts to ensuring every child has the same chance to play, sing, act, paint, ride a horse, try something new, and explore their talents, regardless of financial barriers. Through fundraising, community support, and local partnerships, we aim to level the playing field so that every child in the Brazos Valley can experience the joy, challenge, and personal growth that comes from participating in arts, sports, music, and other extracurricular programs.
The Mission
We are dedicated to empowering youth, teens, and young adults in Texas by providing access to a wide range of extracurricular activities. Every individual deserves the opportunity to engage in enriching experiences that foster personal growth, creativity, and confidence, while also encouraging active participation in their local community. By removing financial barriers, we strive to help young people explore their passions, develop essential life skills, and build meaningful connections through arts, sports, music, and other extracurricular programs.
